WallBall’s most exciting event on concrete promises to be the most exciting event in seven-year history of the championships, with ESPN3 covering all of the action live for the third consecutive year, hundreds of players competing from across the globe, and thousands of fans taking in the action.

Women’s WPH Outdoor #1 Tanisha Groomes will be seeking her fourth 3WallBall championship in five years, as well as her unprecedented fifth consecutive WPH Outdoor Player’s Cup in Las Vegas this September. Groomes will have to overcome two of her greatest rivals en route to the 2016 3WallBall title, as all-around handball superstars Tracy Davis and Danielle Daskalakis will aim to dethrone the Women’s WPH Outdoor top star.

Defending World Outdoor Racquetball 3WallBall Racquetball Pro Singles Champion Daniel De La Rosa will be aiming to defend his 3WallBall racquetball singles championship at the 2016 3WallBall Outdoor Championships. De La Rosa will have to contend with racquetball’s top stars, to include racquetball legend Rocky Carson, Charlie Pratt, and Alvaro Beltran. Racquetball’s #1 women’s pro Paola Longoria will aim to defend her 3WallBall women’s singles championship against a strong field that includes former 3WallBall champion Rhonda Rajsich, Michelle Key, and Janel Tisinger.

The 2016 3WallBall Outdoor World Championships will kickoff on Wednesday night, September 21st, with the third annual combined handball and racquetball clinic for more than 50 high school students in the greater Las Vegas area. Handball and Racquetball’s top coaches will be on hand to coach and inspire the teenagers, teaching the fundamentals of the sport and how to develop a physically active and healthy lifestyle through WallBall sports. Saturday night at the 3WallBall Outdoor World Championships will feature the emotional and powerful Armed Forces Military Tribute, honoring our heroes that protect and serve our country and enable us to enjoy the freedom to do what we love.

“The 3WallBall Outdoor World Championships in epic,” stated women’s top five racquetball pro Michelle Key. “It’s the biggest event we have in outdoor and it’s probably the biggest event we have in racquetball and it keeps growing and getting bigger and bigger. Nothing comes close to what they do here at the 3WallBall Championships.”

“The 3WallBall Outdoor World Championships was a court sports dream just six years ago and that dream has become a reality, combining handball, racquetball, and paddleball in the biggest event in court sports,” stated WPH Executive Director David Vincent. “This year will have more combined entries of any outdoor WallBall tournament in the country and if you ask the players and fans, just about each one will tell you that this is their favorite event of the year.”
